Gosh, I just can't get over summer. I love the major heat wave we've been having (not loving the forrest fires so much though). I love the green grass, blue sky, sunshine & the water... oh the water is the best! I'm pretty certain that this baby growing & kicking around in my belly enjoys all these things too. Especially when I'm out in the sunshine, man he/she kicks up a storm!
I'm definitely feeling more & more pregnant these days... my belly has grown quite a bit & I get sore/tired/achy (yes I'm aware I'm a big baby) very easily. I gladly take it though as there's only a little over 16 weeks left, time is flying by & I'm so beyond grateful to be given this life!! I did however dream last night that I gave birth at 24 weeks pregnant to a 15 lb baby boy with dark straight black hair & sporting scary 90 year old bags under his eyes. I'm sure you can imagine that this was not a very pretty sight & that I've got big problems if I give birth to a 15 lb baby at 24 weeks pregnant! Thankfully with a dream that unrealistic I can keep calm & just pray I make it all the way to full term! Preferably not with a 15 lb. baby though.
And on that happy note... we're approaching the 3rd trimester. I feel like it's going to just sneak up on me. Help me out experienced momma's, when did you start "nesting" & really purchasing things like diapers, some clothes, wipes, receiving blankets, etc.? You know, the necessities of a newborn life. I'm feeling like about now might be a good time, instead of leaving everything till last minute. Thoughts?

Definitely waited until last minute! 37 weeks ish and just bought a carseat last week haha!
